GENERAL CONDITIONS

1	The minimum age of our students is 16 years.
2	No admission fee.

4	Sending the registration form to our College you also have to send the proof of DEPOSIT payment of 150 Euros in order to guarantee your place reserved. This payment will be deducted from your final invoice -your total payment. In case of cancellation of the course, DEPOSIT paid will be reimbursed only if cancellation made in writing was received by us lastest 4 week prior beginning of the course. The following forms of payment are possible: · Travellers cheque · Postal order in Euros directly to Colegio Delibes. · Banktranfer to our bank account: IBAN: ES20 2100-1263-20- 0200110331 SWIFT: CAIX ES BB Address: “ La Caixa” calle Zamora, n.º 49, 37002 Salamanca (Spain). · Bank fees are to be paid by the student We regret to inform you that we do not accept payments by credit card.
5	The total payment of the course has to be made at the College office during the first three days of the course. Should you however prefer to pay the entire fee from your country in advance, you can do so by following the above mentioned payment instructions (nº 4). In no case money will be refunded once the course and/or lodging has started.
6	COLEGIO DELIBES reserves the right to cancel the registration-agreement if the payment is not made as mentioned above. This also applies where a student does not follow-respect the rules and regulations of the College, or behaves inappropiately in any of our classes or activities.
7	The College does not charge any fees for arrangement of the accommodation.
8	The students who intend to stay in host families, student flats and student residence do not need carry bed linen and blankets. However they should bring along towels.
9	The course fee includes: all class material mentioned in this web as well as those activities announced in the programme without indication of payment.
10	Classes: All classes start on Monday and last from Monday to Friday. You will have either morning classes from 10:00 - 14:00 and/or in the afternoon from 16:00 to 20:00. This will be communicated to you on first day of your course. NATIONAL HOLIDAYS 2008: March 21th, May 1st, August 16th, October 12th and December 8th. Level test during summer season will take place on the first Monday of the month, so there will be no lessons on Monday June 30th and August 4th. Not included in the above mentioned dates are local holidays, which will be comunicated to you when officially published. There will be no classes on National Holidays. The missed classes will be replaced by a special activity on the same day.. During the high season, classes can take place outside the classrooms of the College in other facilities.
11	The examination to obtain Diploma Colegio Delibes takes place only on last Thursday of each month. A student who does not wish to participate in the examination will receive a certificate indicating only the characterstics and hours of the respective course. It is expected that each student participates daily course classes without excuses.
12	The services contracted with Colegio Delibes are governed by the previous general conditions; complementary and subsidiary to the Common Civil legislation for the letting of services and by the rules of consumer rights, in particular Act 82/95 Junta de Castilla y León and Act 26/84 of Defense of Consumers and Users.
